How do I use On-line Banking?
If this is your first time logging
in, you’ll need a temporary password. Please contact
us and we’ll get you set up right away; we'll
issue a password and guide you through the login process.
Can I change my password?
You can easily change your password
once you’ve logged into On-Line Banking. Just click
on “Update Profile” at the top of the page. Here
you have the option to change your password, nickname your
accounts for easier account recognition, or change your e-mail
address.
Does On-Line Banking have up-to-the
minute account information?
As you work online, transfers, payments
and bill payments will either add or deduct as you do them.
Paper deposits, wires and other transactions done in-person
at the bank will appear by early that evening.
I’m nervous about accessing
my accounts online. Is this information secure?
Safety and security of your data is
one of our primary concerns. We take this very seriously.

security and data privacy.
How do I transfer money to one
of my other accounts?
Transactions are processed immediately,
unless you do not have available funds in your account. Scheduled
transfers are processed on the date you specify in the transaction.
Click on “Express Transfer” or “Transfer”,
indicate the “from” and “to accounts”,
and type in the dollar amount you want to transfer.
Is there a limit of transfers I
can make per month?
No, however, your savings account
is subject to a maximum number of 6 per month.
Who can I pay with Bill Pay?
You can set up anyone to be paid with
our Bill Pay service – companies or individuals. Plus,
you can set up payments to be made just once or on an ongoing
regular basis.
Can I pay a loan payment in On-Line
Banking?
Click on the “Express Transfer”
or “Transfers” button, and then indicate the “from”
and “to” account, and the dollar amount of the
loan payment.
How do I set up a new bill payment?
Go to “Payment Tab”, and
click on the “new scheduled payment”. Follow the
step-by-step instructions. Complete all the information in
each line, and especially the items on the right side of the
screen. You can set up bill payments to pay one time, monthly,
or on a variety of different payment timeframes.
How can I verify a bill payment
has been made?
On the day after a payment is scheduled
to be made, an amount and description will be on your current
checking account statement.
